Our LOADSTAR by DA West products are supplied with a one year warranty that commences on the date of shipment.  This warranty states that the purchased product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship by DA West. The warranty on the engine may be more than a year, per the engine manufacturers warranty and will be executed by the engine manufacturer.  Travel to and from the equipment site and freight will NOT be allowed in the warranty from DA West.   All wear parts (impellers, wear plates, seals), consumable parts (filters etc.), and recoil starters are not included.  All failures resulting from neglect and abuse by the customer during testing or regular use will not be honored.   An example of abuse would be running a pump dry or without water.   Please refer to the engine manufacturers warranty for more information on the engine.   Please refer to the owner’s manual for safety, and proper operating instructions.
